Group is into the process of an enterprise-wide implementation of Dayforce. The contract Dayforce Test Lead is vital tohelp us deliver a smooth, accurate, and well-executed implementation. Build and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts across Dayforce modules (Payroll, Workforce Management, Perks, Scheduling, and more).

Define clear testing scope, objectives, and timelines that support project milestones. Lead functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Manage and maintain test environments and test data.





Facilitate defect triage meetings and help keep issue resolution on track. Mentor and guide QA team members on best practices and standard processes. Ensure testing meets organizational, audit, and regulatory standards.

Validate payroll calculations, compliance rules, and integrations with third-party systems. **This is a Remote role but you will need to come into our office from time to time to meet with the team. Post-secondary education in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. Solidknowledge of Dayforce WFM/HCM modules, plus 3+ years in a QA lead role.

Previous involvement in Dayforce implementation or upgrade projects.

Experience working with test management and defect tracking tools (Smartsheet or similar). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Bonus points for Knowledge of HR/Payroll compliance regulations.

Project

Management designation. Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies. QA certification. A versatile hybrid work model.
