Sentrex Health Solutions is seeking a Clinical Nurse Liaison (CNL) to coordinate patient care across physicians, clinics, and pharmacy. You will provide clinical support, patient education, and navigate reimbursement processes to ensure timely access to prescribed therapies.

The role requires BC-licensed RN/LPN with 2–4 years GI/IBD experience, strong communication, and ability to work autonomously within a remote team. Base salary range is $80K–$98K CAD with comprehensive advantages.
