Drive sales growth and achieve targets for MIP’s healthcare textile solutions Act as a trusted advisor to healthcare clients, helping address operational and product-related challenges Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to support business development strategies Represent MIP at industry events, trade shows, customer meetings,



and training sessions Travel regularly throughout the assigned territory and occasionally across Canada 5–10 years of sales experience within healthcare, B2B sales, textile solutions, or a related industry ~ Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills ~ Adaptable, goal-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences ~ Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly within the assigned territory In addition, there is an annual performance bonus and a commission plan which contributes to the total compensation for this position.
