About the Role Our client is seeking a proficient Management Consultant specializing in Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) to join their fully remote team. This role is critical in helping organizations fundamentally rethink and redesign their business processes to achieve dramatic improvements in cost, quality, service, and speed. Lead the assessment and redesign of core business processes across various functional areas.

Develop future state process designs that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction. Create implementation plans and support clients through the transition to new processes. Utilize process modeling tools and analytical techniques to define and quantify improvements.

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a remote setting.



Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. Minimum of 6 years of experience in business process re-engineering, operations consulting, or a related field.

Proven expertise in process analysis, design, and optimization methodologies. Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, adept at remote collaboration. Highly competitive salary commensurate with expertise and experience.
