With over 8-10 years in cost estimating and quantity surveying, you will lead client engagements and contribute to high-quality cost management for significant projects. Your expertise in commercial advisory and risk management will be crucial for developing effective cost plans and assuring project estimations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic cost and commercial advice to clients • Lead client-facing engagements in cost assurance • Mentor junior consultants through knowledge sharing • Produce comprehensive cost estimates for infrastructure projects • Challenge contractor submissions during target cost developments
