The Senior Manager is responsible for translating enterprise standards into actionable goals, monitoring performance, and ensuring timely implementation across business lines.

• Govern the Wealth Road to Solid portfolio effectively • Direct delivery of enterprise risk and regulatory programs • Represent Wealth at enterprise committees and working groups • Oversee performance management across Road to Strong • Monitor progress of remediation plans and escalate risks
