In this remote role, you will work closely with the Production Manager and Producer, ensuring all production assets are efficiently organized and tracked.

Your responsibilities include entering data into Shotgrid and monitoring artist outputs to meet production schedules. Proactively addressing any scheduling issues is crucial to your success, as is maintaining constant communication with the artists you support. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage asset retrieval and breakdown for production sequences
- Input details into Shotgrid and coordinate with supervisors




- Track artist progress and provide updates to management
- Flag schedule concerns proactively to Production Manager
- Ensure all artists are present during reviews and sessions

Requirements:

- Advanced proficiency in Google Suite tools
- Experience in animation with knowledge of Harmony or Adobe Photoshop
- Robust organizational skills with a proactive mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to multitask effectively while meeting deadlines
