As a Childminder with CFMWS, you'll be entrusted with organizing engaging activities and providing care for children. Your primary responsibility involves ensuring their safety and well-being. Documentation of any incidents or accidents will also be part of your daily tasks, which requires a solid attention to detail and a nurturing approach.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and organize children’s activities effectively
• Provide care and safety for children
• Document incidents, accidents, or damages
• Communicate effectively with team and parents
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols
Requirements:
• High school diploma with childcare experience
• CPR and Standard First Aid certification
• Experience in leading children's activities
• Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
• HIGH FIVE certificate is an asset
