The CMRAO is seeking one dedicated individual for its Board of Directors to help guide the organization under the Condominium Management Services Act, 2015. Candidates should possess robust skills in governance and consumer protection while supporting the CMRAO's mission. This part-time role requires participation in at least four Board meetings annually.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic direction for CMRAO initiatives
• Attend Board and Committee meetings regularly
• Ensure compliance with applicable legislation




• Collaborate with diverse board members to drive effectiveness
• Support the CMRAO’s mandate and objectives
Requirements:
• Experience in condominium management or law preferred
• Strong governance and strategic thinking skills
• Willingness to commit to a three-year term
