Nurses and Nurse Practitioners of British Columbia (NNPBC) is seeking a Nursing Practice Success Consultant to provide provincial oversight for the Nurse Initiatives for Primary Care (NIPC). This RN will help formalize team structure and strengthen accountability for program outcomes while supporting practice change in community-based primary care across BC. The role requires 4–6 years of primary care nursing experience, robust collaboration skills, and ongoing clinical practice outside the NIPC
