As an ECEA under the supervision of certified Early Childhood Educators, you will help create a structured, positive atmosphere for children. This role involves active supervision during activities, implementing age-appropriate programs, and ensuring health safety protocols.

Your support will be crucial in shaping the curriculum based on children's interests and developmental needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities
Assist with routine care such as feeding and diapering




Help implement engaging and age-appropriate activities
Maintain cleanliness and safety in childcare settings
Observe children's behavior and communicate with parents

Requirements:
ECEA Certificate from an accredited institution
Registration with BC Ministry of Children and Family Development
Experience in licensed childcare environments
Robust interpersonal skills with a passion for child development
Willingness to obtain First Aid Certification
