About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Server to join our team. The successful candidate will provide excellent service to guests, take accurate food and beverage orders, and help create a welcoming dining experience.

Responsibilities
Greet guests promptly and provide friendly, qualified service
Take accurate food and beverage orders.
Serve food and beverages efficiently and accurately
Check on guests throughout their meal and respond to requests
Answer questions about menu items, ingredients, and specials
Maintain clean and organized tables and service areas
Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace procedures
Work effectively with kitchen and front-of-house team members
Assist with opening and closing duties as required
Resolve guest concerns professionally or refer them to a supervisor when appropriate

Qualifications




Previous serving or customer-service experience is an asset
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Positive, friendly, and professional attitude
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment
Strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work as part of a team
Must be available to work a versatile schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Food Secure certification required.
