Duties
Assist children and youth with daily activities, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times
Implement individualized support plans tailored to each child's unique needs and goals
Facilitate engaging activities that promote social skills, learning, and personal development
Collaborate with families, educators, and healthcare professionals to coordinate care and support strategies
Provide assistance to individuals with disabilities through adaptive techniques and inclusive practices
Support children during transitions, outings,



or community participation to foster independence
Maintain detailed documentation of progress, incidents, and activities in compliance with organizational policies

Requirements
Experience working with children in educational, recreational, or support settings
Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is highly desirable
Solid teaching skills with the ability to adapt approaches to diverse learning styles
Excellent communication skills to build trusting relationships with children, families, and team members
Ability to remain energetic, positive, and proactive in a agile environment
Valid certifications in first aid or CPR are mandatory; willingness to obtain required certifications upon hire
A compassionate attitude combined with patience, resilience, and a genuine desire to support young people’s growth
Own vehicle mandatory

Pay: $18.46-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24.0 – 72.0 per week
