About Us:
Canadian Tire #329 – Red Deer South is part of one of Canada’s most trusted brands, delivering quality automotive service and exceptional customer care. We are looking for an experienced, customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our Service Centre team.

Position Summary:
As a Service Advisor, you will be the main point of contact for our automotive customers. You’ll provide expert advice, explain recommended services, prepare estimates, and coordinate with our technicians to ensure timely, high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers in person and on the phone in a professional manner.
Listen to customer concerns and document service requests accurately.
Provide transparent explanations of required maintenance and repairs.
Prepare estimates and process service transactions.
Coordinate with technicians to ensure work is completed on time and to quality standards.
Promote additional services and products when appropriate.
Maintain accurate customer records in the service system.





Requirements:
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Basic automotive knowledge — able to explain technical information in easy terms.
Computer skills and experience with POS or service management systems.
Previous automotive service or dealership experience is preferred.
