RF Engineering Manager
Location: York Region, ON (North GTA), in office
Type: Full-time, Permanent

Our client is an established designer and manufacturer of antenna and RF signal conditioning products used in mission-critical communication networks for public safety, transportation, utilities, and natural resources. With a solid focus on R&D;, they continue to grow their product line and engineering team.

The Role: Reporting to the General Manager, the RF Engineering Manager will lead the development of antenna, RF filter, and wireless communication products from concept through production, while building and leading a multidisciplinary engineering team.

What You'll Do
Lead design, development, validation, and commercialization of RF products, including antennas, RF filters, and wireless solutions
Drive technology roadmaps and oversee design reviews, specifications, and manufacturing transfer
Manage R&D; programs, budgets, schedules, and engineering KPIs
Lead and mentor a team spanning antenna/filter engineering, mechanical engineering, drafting, and technical support
Support business development through technical proposals, RFPs, and customer engagements
Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Operations, and executive leadership

What You'll Bring




Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, or related field (Master's/Ph.D. an asset)
10+ years in RF, antenna, filter, or wireless product design and development
5+ years of engineering leadership or people management
Proven track record taking products from concept to mass production
Hands-on experience in one or more of these areas: antenna design, RF filters, VHF/UHF through microwave/mmWave, P25/TETRA/DMR/LTE/5G/satellite, RF simulation and testing
Experience in public safety, defense, transportation, utility, or satellite markets is an asset
Ability to travel as needed

Pay: $120,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
