Morriston Veterinary Clinic is an independently owned small animal practice offering compassionate care in our community and surrounding areas since 2020

We are looking for a full-time receptionist to join our team.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a variety of tasks, is comfortable interacting with pet owners, understands the importance of customer service, and is willing to help us grow and improve our practice.
You possess excellent communication skills, robust interpersonal skills and are willing to work in a collaborative environment with all staff members.
You have the ability to multitask and are flexible in performing different roles within the clinic which includes, but not limited to - answering telephones, emails,



and inquiries promptly. Scheduling appointments and assisting with patient check-ins. Verify and update client information. Collect payments and process billing transactions. Filing, general office/clerical duties and help in maintaining a clean and organized welcoming setting.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
