Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Reach and Pallet Jack Operator to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently moving products and materials throughout the warehouse using a pallet jack. This role requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to maintaining safety standards.

Location: 32 First Line, Elora, ON N0B 1S0, Canada
Shifts: Monday to Friday – 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM (During Training) - 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Duties
Operate Reach and double pallet jacks to transport goods within the warehouse.
Must be able to lift constantly 40lbs throughout the entire shift.
Perform order picking tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all items are correctly selected for shipment.
Utilize a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track inventory levels and manage order fulfillment.
Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and report any mechanical issues.
Assist with heavy lifting and moving of products as needed, adhering to safety protocols at all times.




Maintain a clean and organized work workplace, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve overall efficiency in the warehouse.

Experience
Previous experience in warehouse distribution is preferred, with a focus on operating pallet jacks and forklifts.
Basic math skills are essential for inventory management and order verification.
Mechanical knowledge is beneficial for troubleshooting equipment issues.
