Title: General Laborer

Location: Concord, ON
Pay: $17.60 per hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Job Summary

We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking General Labourers to join a busy warehouse and production environment in Concord. The successful candidates will assist with daily warehouse operations, including product handling, order preparation, packing, labeling, sorting, and general production support.

This is a hands-on position suited for individuals who are physically capable, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a rapid-paced workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments.
Move cartons, boxes, and products safely throughout the warehouse.
Pick products according to customer orders and instructions.
Pack, seal, and label products accurately for shipment.
Sort, count, and organize products and inventory.
Prepare completed orders for shipment and pickup.
Assist with palletizing and shrink-wrapping shipments.
Replenish and organize products in designated storage areas.
Assist with basic production-line and packaging tasks as assigned.
Inspect products and packaging for visible damage or defects.




Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Qualifications
Previous warehouse, production, packaging, or general labour experience is an asset.
Ability to perform physically demanding and repetitive tasks.
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as required.
Good attention to detail when picking, counting, and packing products.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous experience with shipping/receiving, palletizing, packing, or production work is an asset.

Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, and carrying.
Ability to perform repetitive warehouse and packaging tasks.
Comfortable working in a warehouse and production setting.

Pay: $17.60 per hour
