Duties
Engage with existing and potential clients.
Conduct thorough analysis of customer needs to recommend appropriate insurance coverage.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and ongoing support.
Bilingual skills, French and/or English, an asset.
Manage sales administration tasks such as processing policies, updating client records, and tracking sales activities.
Negotiate policy terms with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction while meeting company standards.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that increase outreach and brand awareness in local communities.

Skills
Proven experience in sales and servicing of residential,



commercial, farm and auto lines of business
Strong analysis skills to assess client needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to negotiate confidently.
Customer service orientation with a passion for helping clients protect their assets.
Knowledge of sales techniques, marketing strategies, and sales administration processes.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple client interactions efficiently.

Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
