Position: Shipping & Receiving/Logistics Coordinator

Location: Cambridge, ON

Pay: $20-$23 per hour

Shift: Day Shift, 8:30am – 5pm

Status: Contract

Shipping & Receiving / Logistics Coordinator

Coordinate shipping, receiving, inventory control, and production support to ensure timely deliveries, accurate inventory, and effective operations. Collaborate with Operations, Production, Purchasing, Service/RMA, vendors, suppliers, and carriers to resolve issues and minimize production delays.
Coordinate domestic and international shipments, track deliveries, and resolve delays, damages, and documentation issues.
Liaise with couriers, carriers, vendors, and suppliers to meet delivery requirements and service-level agreements.
Process shipping claims and maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation.
Receive, pick, issue, and record parts and materials accurately in the ERP system.




Support production and technicians by ensuring required materials are available and resolving inventory-related issues.
Verify shipments against purchase orders and investigate discrepancies, shortages, and damaged goods.
Package products securely and follow customer-specific shipping and handling requirements.
Conduct cycle counts, maintain inventory accuracy, and resolve discrepancies to minimize shrinkage.
Maintain organized, clean, and properly labelled inventory and shipping areas, including appropriate handling of ESD-sensitive materials.
Support ISO 9001, 7S, Quality, Health & Safety, and company policy requirements.
Maintain accurate records, procedures, and full traceability of inventory and shipments.
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
