We are seeking a dedicated and professional Dental Receptionist to join our dynamic dental team for a 18 month maternity leave, strongly lead to permanent full time. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a welcoming demeanor, and experience background in administration dental settings. As a Dental Receptionist, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients, ensuring smooth operations at the front desk while providing exceptional customer service. This role offers an chance to contribute to a positive patient experience and support the productive functioning of our dental practice.

Responsibilities
Greet patients warmly and professionally, creating a friendly and welcoming environment.
Manage phone calls efficiently to schedule appointments, answer inquiries, and relay messages accurately.
Verify insurance information and assist patients with billing or payment procedures.
Coordinate appointment scheduling and rescheduling to optimize daily workflow.
Prepare and manage patient documentation,



including intake forms and treatment consents.
Use dental practice management software such as Dentrix and Epic to update patient information and facilitate office operations.
Support administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and managing office supplies to ensure a well-organized front desk environment.
Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient flow and communication within the office.

Experience
Prior experience as a dental receptionist
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in high-pressure situations.
