Responsibilities
Greet clients warmly, check them in and out efficiently, and manage appointment scheduling with enthusiasm.
Assist veterinary staff with animal handling, restraint, and basic clinical procedures to support patient care.
Maintain accurate medical records, update client information, and ensure confidentiality at all times.
Manage phone inquiries, provide information about services, and coordinate follow-up appointments seamlessly.
Support laboratory tasks such as sample collection, processing, and record keeping—experience in laboratories is a plus!




Keep the clinic environment clean, organized, and stocked with supplies to promote a safe and efficient workspace.
Communicate effectively with clients about treatment plans, medication instructions, and post-visit care instructions.

Experience
Prior experience working in a veterinary clinic or animal shelter is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced workplace.
Excellent communication skills to connect with pet owners and team members alike.
Laboratory experience is highly desirable to support diagnostic procedures and sample handling.
