Job Title: Counterbalance Operator / Reach Truck - Forward Steering

Location: Etobicoke
Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30pm

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Counterbalance Operator / Reach Truck - Forward Steering to join our afternoon shift team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing shipments, organizing warehouse inventory, and ensuring productive order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

Operate Counterbalance and Reach Truck (Forward Steering) to move and store goods
Use RF scanners to track shipments and inventory
Unload incoming shipments and document inventory
Organize and store products in designated warehouse areas
Pick and prepare orders for outgoing shipments
Ensure workplace safety by following health and safety protocols
Report damages or discrepancies in shipments

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience operating a Counterbalance and Reach Truck (Forward Steering)




Valid Forklift Operator Certificate (MHE certification)
Prior warehouse experience with strong organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
CSA-approved safety footwear is required
MOL 4-Step Health & Safety Certificate
Must pass a criminal background check
Reliable attendance and a positive attitude
