We are seeking a agile and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. Duties
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
Assist customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product or service information
Perform accurate data entry to update customer records and transaction details
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction
Analyze customer feedback and interactions to improve service quality and suggest process improvements
Communicate effectively with customers in both English and Spanish, ensuring transparent understanding




Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and transactions for future reference
Collaborate with team members to meet departmental goals and improve overall customer experience

Requirements
Proven experience in customer service roles, with solid communication skills in both English and Spanish
Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently
Strong analysis skills to interpret customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
Experience in sales, including upselling techniques, is preferred
Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to foster positive customer relationships
Ability to work effectively in a team environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously
Robust problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction
