Dental Receptionist

Murrayville Dental – Langley, BC

Murrayville Dental is looking for a friendly, reliable, and organized Dental Receptionist to join our close-knit team! The position is full time, Tuesday to Saturday.

We are a family-oriented, non-corporate dental office that takes pride in providing exceptional patient care and creating a welcoming environment for both our patients and our team.

What We’re Looking For
1 year of dental reception experience preferred
Knowledge of Tracker is required
Friendly, positive, and qualified personality
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Solid organizational and time-management skills
Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced setting
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Reliable and dependable
Works well independently and as part of a team
Takes initiative and is willing to learn

Responsibilities
Greet and welcome patients with a warm, friendly attitude
Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries
Schedule and confirm appointments
Manage patient recalls and follow-ups
Process payments and assist with billing and insurance inquiries




Submit and follow up on dental insurance claims
Prepare treatment estimates
Maintain accurate patient records
Coordinate appointments and communicate with the dental team
Help keep the reception area organized and welcoming
Provide excellent patient service from the moment patients arrive
