Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
Demonstrate product features through engaging demos and explain technical details clearly
Upsell complementary items and promote ongoing promotions to maximize sales opportunities
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling and transactions
Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customer attention and enhance shopping flow
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction




Manage time effectively to serve multiple customers efficiently during busy periods

Requirements
Previous experience in retail sales or technology sales is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
Ability to perform basic math for transactions, pricing, and inventory management
Experience with cashiering, POS systems, cash handling, and merchandising is advantageous
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in product displays and stock management
Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly and professional phone etiquette
Ability to manage time effectively in a quick-paced environment while maintaining high standards of service
