Dilawri Group is seeking a Parts Advisor to join its newly opening Kia Vaughan location in Ontario. This position requires solid automotive knowledge and customer-focused support as you assist with parts identification, sourcing, and sales. You'll contribute to a well-organized Parts Department and ensure smooth dealership operations from day one.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers in selecting the right automotive parts
Provide accurate product, pricing, and availability details
Process orders via phone, email, and retail counter
Source parts using catalogues and dealership software
Maintain organized and accurate parts inventory

Requirements:
Previous Parts Department experience preferred
Robust automotive parts knowledge and communication skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Valid Ontario driver’s license with driving experience
Familiarity with dealer management systems a plus
