Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems ensuring all special requests are noted and fulfilled
Serve food and drinks promptly, maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
Manage multiple tables efficiently through effective time management and organization skills
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while adhering to food safety and sanitation protocols




Assist in food preparation and kitchen coordination when needed to ensure smooth service flow
Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, tables, and service stations in compliance with sanitation standards
Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction

Qualifications
Previous food service or restaurant experience is highly preferred, especially in rapid-paced settings
Strong customer service skills with a positive, energetic attitude
Knowledge of food handling, safety regulations, and sanitation practices in the food industry
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items and provide guest-focused service.
Valid Smart Serve certification (or willingness to obtain before start date).
