Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout the event
Assist with event setup and breakdown, ensuring all areas are organized and secure
Guide guests through event activities, answering questions and providing directions
Manage guest registration and check-in processes efficiently
Handle cash transactions accurately during ticketing or food service operations
Support food service operations by serving food and beverages in a friendly manner
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in event spaces, ensuring a welcoming setting




Enforce safety protocols and assist with crowd control to ensure guest safety at all times

Experience
Prior experience working with food is highly desirable, especially in engaging customers
Strong public speaking skills to communicate clearly and confidently with diverse audiences
Proven customer service experience, demonstrating patience, friendliness, and professionalism
Experience in guest services or hospitality roles that involve direct interaction with visitors
Familiarity with cash handling procedures to manage transactions accurately
Background in food service or hospitality environments is a plus, showcasing adaptability and teamwork skills
