Responsibilities
Thoroughly wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to uphold high standards of cleanliness and food safety
Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables or assembling ingredients under supervision
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, floors, and storage areas to ensure a hygienic workspace
Support the food service team by restocking supplies and organizing dishware and utensils for productive service
Follow all safety protocols related to food handling, sanitation, and equipment operation




Help with waste disposal and recycling procedures to promote an environmentally responsible kitchen environment
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely meal preparation and smooth kitchen operations

Experience
Prior experience working in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential
Familiarity with basic cooking techniques, meal preparation, and food handling practices is advantageous
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation procedures is a plus
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced setting
Solid teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards supporting colleagues in busy moments

Pay: $17.60-$25.73 per hour
