About Bake With Pookie

Bake With Pookie is a custom cake studio and café in Roncesvalles, Toronto. Our decorators create one-of-a-kind celebration cakes every week, and we're hiring urgently for a reliable Bakery Helper and Dishwasher to keep our kitchen clean, organized, and running smoothly behind the scenes.

What you'll do
Wash dishes, baking trays, mixing bowls, piping tools, and kitchen equipment quickly and thoroughly throughout the shift
Support our cake decorators by keeping their stations clean, stocked, and ready to go
Clean, sanitize, and organize the kitchen to keep the workflow efficient during busy periods
Restock ingredients, packaging, and supplies, and put away deliveries
Help with general bakery operations and other tasks as needed
Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times

What we're looking for




Comfortable working in a rapid-paced kitchen environment
Able to lift 35–50 lbs during restocking and other bakery operations
Able to stand and stay on your feet for the full shift
Quick, detail-oriented, and takes pride in keeping things clean
Reliable, punctual, and a positive team player
Dishwashing or kitchen experience is an asset
Driver's licence is a plus (not required)

Schedule
Part time
Must be available Thursday to Sunday

$18.00 per hour
