Outside Sales Representative - $70-80k + Commission + Car Allowance + Bonus + Full Benefits + RRSP Match

Our client, a leader in packaging and warehousing supplies company is looking for a driven Outside Sales Representative to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business.

Your day will consist of:

Managing and nurturing client relationships to bring on new business opportunities

Develop new business opportunities through cold calling

Manage your sales pipeline in their CRM software

Identify opportunities for process improvements

Make presentations to new prospects

Support customer inquiries on technical information, pricing, product details etc…

Manage the sales funnel and create new sales opportunities

Research and support sales through direct engagement with the customers

Work with cross functional teams effectively to support sales efforts

Participate in sales meetings

Collect data to understand the needs of the clients

In order to Qualify:

University or College diploma an asset





Ideally you have 5 + years Outside sales experience and a successful track record of bring on current business and service existing accounts

Industrial or packaging sales experience preferred

Previously worked with CRM tools to manage your sales pipeline

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals

Excellent customer service skills

Good time management skills

Very good MS Office skills

Ability to work with all levels of the company
