Position: Part-Time Server

At Ricky’s All Day Grill, we pride ourselves on creating a welcoming, guest-focused environment where teamwork, great food, and friendly service come together. We are currently looking for an energetic, friendly, and reliable Part time Server to join our St. Albert team.

Shift Availability

Applicants should have positive availability, particularly on weekends. Available shifts may include:
Friday, Saturday & Sunday: 4:00 PM – Close
1–2 daytime shifts per week: approximately 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Possible 1–2 opening shifts per week

The exact schedule may vary based on business needs and the candidate’s availability.

Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, attentive service
Take accurate food and beverage orders
Serve food and beverages promptly
Provide menu recommendations and upsell when appropriate
Process cash and card payments accurately




Check on guests throughout their meal and respond to requests
Maintain clean and organized tables and dining areas
Follow food safety, sanitation, and responsible-service procedures
Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house team members
Assist with opening, closing, and general cleaning duties as required

Qualifications
Previous restaurant serving experience is preferred
Friendly, outgoing, and skilled personality
Strong communication and customer-service skills
Ability to multitask and manage several tables efficiently
Reliable and punctual
Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment
Must be available for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evening shifts
ProServe certification is required for serving alcohol in Alberta
