As a SmartCenter Operator, you will coordinate multiple projects remotely, ensuring accurate documentation, troubleshooting issues, and serving as a liaison between various teams.

This role requires strong computer skills and attention to detail, as you will monitor heat treatment cycles and document critical information. You will start with 8-hour rotating shifts before advancing to 12-hour shifts. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage tasks and statuses for assigned projects
- Ensure accurate Quality Assurance documentation
- Assist in site equipment setup and monitoring cycles
- Serve as liaison among various operational teams
- Create and distribute client chart packages

Requirements:

- Secondary School Diploma or equivalent
- Solid technical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexibly in data-heavy tasks
- Willingness to learn about metallurgy and quality programs
- Driver's License required
