Position Overview
We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and energetic Front Counter / Customer Service Team Member to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, can stay organized in a fast-paced workplace, and takes pride in providing great customer service. You will be responsible for taking orders, processing payments, serving customers, and helping keep the front of the restaurant running smoothly.

Previous restaurant experience is an asset, but we are happy to train the right person.

Duties & Responsibilities
Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service
Take dine-in, takeout, drive-thru, and phone orders accurately
Operate Clover POS and process cash and electronic payments
Serve food and beverages efficiently and accurately
Answer customer questions about menu items and promotions
Suggest menu items and add-ons when appropriate
Maintain clean and organized front counter, dining, and service areas




Restock supplies and keep the front-of-house area ready for service
Assist with basic food preparation when required
Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace procedures
Communicate effectively with kitchen and other team members
Handle multiple orders and priorities during busy periods
Assist in resolving customer concerns in a friendly and professional manner

Requirements
Friendly and customer-focused attitude
Reliable, punctual, and dependable
Strong communication skills
Comfortable handling cash and electronic payments
Able to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Previous restaurant, retail, or customer service experience is an asset
POS experience is an asset
Food Safety certification is an asset
Availability for evenings and weekends is preferred
