Trinity Janitorial Services & Supplies is looking for an experienced, organized, and dependable Part-Time Human Resources Coordinator to join our team.
This is a hands-on HR position focused primarily on recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees.
Responsibilities
Review and pre-screen job applicants
Contact qualified candidates and conduct initial screening
Schedule interviews with prospective employees
Conduct employee interviews
Assist with candidate selection and hiring
Complete new-hire paperwork and documentation
Onboard new employees through our internal systems
Set up and maintain employee information in Payworks
Ensure new employees have completed all required onboarding steps
Maintain organized and accurate employee records
Provide general HR and administrative support as required
Requirements
Previous experience using Payworks is essential
Previous HR, recruitment,
interviewing, or employee onboarding experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable conducting interviews and making hiring recommendations
Robust organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of frontline employees
Must be available evenings and weekends

Winnipeg, Manitoba
The position is approximately 8–10 hours per week, with flexibility in how those hours are scheduled during evenings and weekends.
Compensation: $25.00–$30.00 per hour, depending on experience.
