Care Medical Imaging Clinic in Richmond-hill, ON is seeking a dedicated full time X-Ray technologist to join our thriving team. Qualifications:
CMRITO and BMD certifications
Knowledge of medical devices, standards, policies, and procedures.
Being compassionate and respectful towards the patients
Mindset focused on solving problems for patients
Ability to effectively collaborate with team members including front desk staff, other technologists, clinic’s manager.
Prior experience in a medical imaging clinic considered an asset
Ability to commute/relocate before starting the work

Job Responsibilities:
Perform timely and quality X-Ray procedures
Greet and explain the procedures to patients and answer their questions to reduce anxieties and obtain patient cooperation




Ensure operation of X-Ray equipment by completing preventative maintenance requirements; following manufacturer’s instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating recent equipment and techniques
Check supplies in X-Ray rooms and notify Front Office Manager of any needed supplies
Clean all equipment using disinfectant techniques before and after each patient use
