Duties
Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit
Prepare food items efficiently and according to safety and quality standards
Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system, including Micros POS, for accurate order processing and cash handling
Manage food safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment
Assist with food handling, packaging, and serving to meet customer expectations
Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment during shifts
Follow all food industry regulations regarding food safety, sanitation, and proper handling procedures

Experience




Previous food preparation or food service experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar is a plus
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Experience in cashiering or cash handling enhances your ability to serve guests smoothly
Knowledge of basic math for accurate cash transactions and order calculations
Restaurant or food industry experience helps in understanding service standards and food safety practices
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude to engage guests effectively

Pay: From $18.25 per hour
