We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with expertise in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support our financial operations through efficient bookkeeping and data entry. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and possess solid communication skills to ensure smooth financial processes and exceptional customer service.

Duties
Manage accounts payable by generating invoices, data entry, and ensuring timely payments.
Oversee accounts receivable activities including invoicing clients, tracking payments, and following up on overdue accounts.
Perform data entry with precision to maintain accurate financial records.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries via phone or email with professional phone etiquette.




Assist with general administrative tasks.
Collaborate with team members to enhance overall efficiency.

Experience
Excellent data entry skills combined with a solid understanding of math principles relevant to financial calculations.
Exceptional communication skills including phone etiquette and the ability to provide outstanding customer service.
Prior experience in using accounting software for report generation is desirable.

Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
