Duties
Perform tire inspections to identify wear, damage, or punctures and determine necessary repairs or replacements
Mount, dismount, balance, and rotate tires using hand tools and power tools with precision and care
Conduct wheel alignments and perform basic vehicle maintenance related to tires and suspension systems
Assist customers by explaining tire options, recommending suitable products, and answering questions about vehicle care
Use heavy lifting techniques to handle tires safely and efficiently during installation or removal
Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools are properly stored and equipment is in good working order
Support sales efforts by promoting tire packages, maintenance plans, and related automotive products





Experience
Previous dealership experience or automotive mechanic background highly preferred
Strong mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems, especially tires, wheels, and suspension components
Proficiency with hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, tire irons, and lug wrenches; familiarity with power tools is a plus
Demonstrated ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physically demanding tasks regularly
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients
Experience in automotive repair or maintenance roles that involve tire installation or related services is desirable
Knowledge of sales techniques to effectively recommend products and services that meet customer needs

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
