Remedy’s Rx in Chestermere is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Pharmacy Assistant to join our team. Pharmacy Assistants play a vital role in pharmacy operations by supporting pharmacists with administrative and technical tasks to ensure productive workflow and high standards of patient care.

Key Responsibilities

· Enter and maintain accurate patient and prescription data

· Process prescriptions in Kroll under the supervision of the pharmacist in a high paced environment

· Prepare, package, and label medications
Manage inventory by stocking shelves, checking expiration dates, and ordering supplies as needed

· Operate the cash register and assist customers at the pharmacy counter

· Communicate with patients and healthcare providers as needed

· Maintain accuracy, confidentiality,



and safety standards in all pharmacy tasks

Qualifications

· Certificate of completion from a Pharmacy Assistant program with practicum hours or previous experience working in a pharmacy
One year of experience minimum

· Solid attention to detail and organizational skills

· Excellent communication and customer service abilities

· Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting

Pay: $17.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 28.0 – 40.0 per week
