We are seeking a skilled and motivated 310T Truck & Coach Technician or apprentice to join our dynamic maintenance team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of heavy-duty trucks and trailers. Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on 310T trucks, coaches, and related heavy equipment using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools.
Conduct routine maintenance tasks including oil changes, brake inspections, and fluid replacements to keep vehicles in optimal condition.
Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy lifting techniques to complete repairs efficiently and safely.
Interpret electrical systems schematics and troubleshoot electrical issues on various vehicle systems to ensure proper functionality.
Maintain accurate service records, document repairs performed,



and communicate effectively with team members and customers regarding vehicle status.
Adhere to safety protocols and environmental standards while working on complex mechanical systems or performing heavy lifting activities.

Qualifications
Proven experience as a mechanic with dealership or heavy equipment repair background preferred.
Must have a valid driver license.
Solid mechanical knowledge of automotive systems including engines, transmissions, brakes, electrical components, and HVAC systems.
Familiarity with schematics, wiring diagrams, and diagnostic software for troubleshooting electrical issues.
Skilled in welding, assembly work, and the use of hand tools and power tools required for repairs.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work in various environmental conditions; willingness to work in a physically demanding role.
Must be willing to do mobile repairs and after hours work when needed.

Pay: $22.00-$45.00 per hour
