Lead the Integrated Case Management Team at Native Counselling Services of Alberta in Edmonton. This full time position focuses on mentorship, program support, and guiding staff through housing and stabilization efforts.
The Team Lead will provide daily supervision and support for front-line staff, helping individuals and families navigate complex housing situations. Successful candidates will demonstrate a solid understanding of Indigenous cultures and trauma, while being passionate about improving client outcomes.
This is a vital role that requires both leadership and awareness of systemic challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and mentor ICMT support staff daily
Manage caseload distribution and maintain program coverage
Ensure compliance with NCSA policies and safety protocols
Requirements:
Experience with Indigenous communities and cultures
Background in supervision or mentorship is preferred
Proficient in case management and crisis intervention
Exceptional communication and organizational skills
Valid criminal record check and Alberta driver’s license
