Passionate about hospitality and genuinely enjoys taking care of people
An excellent communicator and relationship builder
Organized, hands-on, and comfortable balancing the big picture with the day-to-day
Motivated by results, but never at the expense of the guest or team experience
Confident making decisions and taking ownership
Experienced in hotel operations, with previous leadership or management experience
