Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Cook to join our agile culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation, cooking, and delivering exceptional food service in a fast-paced restaurant workplace. Duties
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
Assist in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients
Ensure all food handling procedures comply with safety and sanitation regulations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area throughout shifts
Serve dishes promptly and efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction
Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management
Follow proper food safety practices at all times, including proper storage and temperature control




Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy hours

Qualifications
Previous experience in food service or restaurant kitchens preferred
Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and meal presentation
Strong understanding of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
Basic knowledge of the food industry and kitchen equipment operation is a plus
