Overview
We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic Bartenders & Servers to join our agile team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food and beverage industry, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a quick-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving drinks, and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.

Responsibilities
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper storage of liquor and supplies.
Operate the POS system efficiently, to process orders and handle cash transactions accurately.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking drink orders, and responding to inquiries.
Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations while serving food items as needed.
Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure timely service without compromising quality.




Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary.
Uphold high standards of hospitality while creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Experience
Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred, showcasing familiarity with the food industry.
Proficiency in using POS systems is highly desirable.
Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences.
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices accurately.
