We are looking for a Full time Medical Office Assistant to join our Macleod Trail team
Greet patients and verify personal demographic information at check in
Answering phones, booking patient appointments
Managing physicians schedules through the EMR
Experience with ACCURO preferred
Scan and upload documents to place into patients charts
Demonstrate robust organization skills and the ability to problem solve
Excellent communication skills with patients, physicians and co-workers
rooming patients, taking vitals, labelling and preparing samples for lab
Job Types: full time, Permanent
Salary: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
Hours: Monday - Friday 9-5pm
