About Us

Myfone Plus Inc. operates 9 Freedom Mobile retail locations across the GTA. We are looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Full-Time Retail Sales Associates.

Responsibilities
Assist customers with Freedom Mobile plans, phones, upgrades and accessories.
Recommend products and services based on customer needs.
Process activations, upgrades and sales transactions.
Meet individual and store sales targets.
Maintain knowledge of current promotions and products.
Provide excellent customer service.
Assist with inventory, merchandising and store organization.





Qualifications
Robust communication and customer-service skills.
Motivated and comfortable working in a sales environment.
Reliable, qualified and able to work as part of a team.
Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
Legally eligible to work in Canada.
Previous retail, wireless or sales experience is an asset.
