Duties

Educate clients on self-care techniques and recommend appropriate follow-up treatments or lifestyle adjustments
Uphold strict hygiene and safety standards in all treatment areas to ensure a clean and safe environment
Communicate clearly with clients about their treatment plans, expected outcomes, and aftercare instructions
Stay current with industry best practices, current techniques,



and continuing education requirements for licensed massage therapists

Qualifications
Valid registration with the relevant Massage Therapy Regulatory Body (e.g., RMT registration)
Proven knowledge of medical terminology related to health conditions treated through massage therapy
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Excellent communication skills to effectively explain procedures and build rapport with clients
Prior experience in a clinical or spa setting is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is valued
Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
