Job Summary

Responsibilities
Efficiently wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen tools using proper cleaning techniques.
Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all equipment is functioning correctly.
Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed, supporting the kitchen team in food handling and prep activities.
Follow safety and sanitation standards to uphold hygiene regulations within the restaurant or hotel workplace.
Manage waste disposal and recycling processes to keep the work area tidy and compliant with health standards.




Support the serving staff by providing clean dishes and utensils promptly during busy service times.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during meal service and special events.

Experience
Previous experience working in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is valued.
Familiarity with basic kitchen operations, including food handling and cleaning procedures.
Experience in hospitality settings such as hotels or catering services is a plus.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to cleaning and dishwashing.
Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety protocols related to food service environments.
